To knead the dough
Flour – 500 grams
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Water – as per requirement
- For filling
Paneer – 900 grams (grated)
Onion – 2 medium-sized
Green chili – 2-3 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
Green Coriander – 3-4 tbsp (chopped)
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Chaat masala – 1 tsp (optional)
Directions
- Kneading the dough- Take flour in a monumental vessel, append Mix swab and oil painting, append water little by little, and knead a soft and smooth dough. Cover the dough and keep it away for 20- 30 twinkles.
- Prepping Paneer stuffing-append grated paneer in a vessel, append finely diced onion, verdant chili, ginger, and verdant coriander, append black pepper greasepaint, chaat masala (if asked), and swab as per taste. Integrate everything well. Get it done.

- Exercise a slim and pliable wrapper, similar to a wonton wrapper or a manual dough wrapper, to ensure the momos bend unevenly.
- As this can make them too soft and soppy.
- Serve the momos with a dipping sauce, similar to a chutney or a soy sauce- grounded sauce, to add redundant air.
- I would suggest not to indurate it because when we indurate it, fungus tends to grow on it.
