Green peas – 2 cups
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Flour – 1 cup
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 2
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste
Directions
- To make Matar Kachori, peel the peas and take them out in a monumental coliseum.
- Now take a monumental vessel and stir the wheat flour and maida and set it in it.
- Now integrate both of them well. Add 2 tsp oil painting and a pinch of the swab to the flour and blend.
