It’s lunch when I can’t think of anything I’d rather eat. It’s the mess that I crave after a stressful day at work. However, huevos vaqueros make it each worse, If I’m having a lousy day.
My interpretation is a far cry from the traditional Mexican dish, and quite a bit different from the average faceless Tex-Mex variety. No matter. 1 corn tortilla
1 egg, scrambled
