Ingredients
whole wheat pasta (rotini, penne, bow tie, or any other small noodles), about half a box
arugula- about three handfuls, rinsed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
roasted red peppers and/or cherry tomatoes, chopped
crumbled goat cheese- at least half a container’s worth
drizzle of olive oil
fresh lemon juice and/or white wine vinegar
salt and pepper, freshly ground
Directions
- Bring a monumental pot of interspersed water to a pustule and bend pasta tallying to the directions. Drain the pasta and pour it into a monumental serving coliseum.
- Hash arugula and roasted peppers and/ or cherry tomatoes.
- Pour in scapegoat rubbish. Toss with peppers tomatoes, a muzzled olive oil painting, a bomb’s worth of juice, or a muzzled of ginger, and swab and pepper. Integrate in arugula last.
Notes
- Make it tomato-free precisely add the roasted peppers rather than the cherry tomatoes.
- Preparation tips- This is similar to an adjustable form, and I nearly feel silly defining the quantities. Please, acclimate everything to taste. Precisely do not scrimp on the scapegoat rubbish!
