Ingredients

  • Wheat flour: 1 cup

  • Flaxseed powder: 2 cups (grind roasted flaxseed)

  • Fenugreek powder: 2 tbsp (grind roasted fenugreek)

  • Jaggery: 4 cups (grated or cut into pieces)

  • Ghee: 1 cup

  • Dry coconut: 1/2 cup (grated)

  • Almonds and cashews: 1/4 cup (finely chopped)

  • Poppy seeds: 2 tbsp (lightly roasted)

  • Cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ginger Powder (Saunth): 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Prepare fenugreek and flax seeds
    – Shindig fenugreek seeds and flax seeds independently on low honey.
    – When chilled, grind both of them finely and make a greasepaint.
  • Rally wheat flour
    – Heat ghee in a deep visage.
    –  Append wheat flour to it and rally it on low honey till it becomes rosy and sweet. Keep stirring it continuously consequently that the flour doesn’t burn.
    – Take out the roasted flour in a voluminous vessel.
  • Flee jaggery
    –  Append 2-3 ladles of water in a separate visage and flee the jaggery in it on low honey.
    –  Flee the jaggery till it becomes invariant. Also, allow it to cool.
  • Integrate all the constituents
    – Append flaxseed grease paint, fenugreek grease paint, dry coconut, poppy seeds, diced nuts, dry gusto grease paint, and cardamom grease paint to the roasted flour. Integrate well.
    –  Append melted jaggery to it and knead the admixture by hand. However, append some further ghee, If the admixture looks dry.
  • Make Laddus
    – Make laddus of the asked size from the admixture. Wash continuously consequently a thick admixture is formed. Have the admixture cool, also make fragile balls, and prepare laddus.
    – Keep them in the air for 1- 2 hours to set.
    – You can keep these laddus in a watertight vessel for 2- 3 weeks.
  • Garnish (voluntary) You can embellish the laddus with dry fates like cashews, almonds, or raisins.

  •  You can also append a little ghee or coconut slices to the laddus as per your taste.

  • Eat these laddus with hot milk in the morning for breakfast or at night.
