Ingredients

  • Maida (plain flour) – 2 cups

  • Sugar (ground) – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ghee or butter (softened) – 1/2 cup

  • Milk – 2-3 tbsp (for kneading)

  • Cumin – 1 tbsp (roasted)

  • Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon

Directions
