Ingredients
500 grams bottle gourd (grated)
1 liter milk
150 grams sugar (as per taste)
1/4 cup khoya or mawa (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
10-12 dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios) chopped
1 teaspoon ghee (optional)
Directions
- First of all, wash the bottle gourd completely and peel it. Also, grate it and express out the redundant water by placing it on a textile.
- Add 1 tablespoon of ghee to a visage and heat it on medium honey. When the ghee is hot, append a grated bottle of gourd to it and fry for 5- 7 twinkles. This will exclude the nip of the bottle gourd.
- Now append milk to another visage and keep it to a pustule. While boiling the milk, take care that it doesn’t burn from the bottom.
