Notes
- For pasta options, I’ve used whole grain polls (DeLallo fusilli) and gluten-free polls (see below) with success. Egg rolls are a classic choice. Orzo would also be nice.
- Make it gluten-free and cover gluten-free polls. I had good luck with Ancient Harvest rotini (a sludge and quinoa mix).
- Change it up forget the curry grease paint for a further mild, traditional flavor but it’s subtle as is. You could also substitute Great Northern sap for the chickpeas.
